Written to be read once and understood — what you are buying, what happens if a payment is missed, who owns the data, and how either side walks away.

These terms are between Smarties & Cookies Technologies Pvt. Ltd ('we', 'us') and the business that creates a SalonQube company account ('you'). Creating an account, or using the platform, means you accept them.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. The person who creates the owner account is treated as authorised until you tell us otherwise in writing.
SalonQube is a hosted salon management platform: point-of-sale billing, appointments, inventory, staff and payroll, expenses, assets and reporting, across one or many branches. It is available in a browser and as a desktop application for Windows, macOS and Linux.
We may add, change or retire features. If we remove something you depend on, we will give you reasonable notice — and if the removal materially reduces what you are paying for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part of your current cycle.
New companies get a 3-day free trial with no card required. It is the full product on your own data — that is deliberate, because billing real clients is the only test that tells you anything.
When the trial ends, choose a plan to continue. If you do not, the account locks: nothing is deleted, but the panels stop until a plan is active. There is no automatic charge at the end of a trial.
We may change plan pricing. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice before a change applies to them, and the change takes effect at the start of the next cycle — never mid-cycle.
If a cycle goes unpaid, the account moves out of good standing and branch logins lock. This stops an unpaid account from continuing to trade on the platform. It is not a deletion and it is not punitive.
Everything you put into SalonQube — your services, prices, clients, invoices, staff records, stock and reports — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and we do not sell it or use it to train anything.
We store and process it to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your business records yourself from Statements, Invoices and Salaries, at any time, without asking us.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the client data you enter — including having a basis to hold a client's name and phone number, and honouring their requests about it. The product gives you the controls to do that.
Do not use SalonQube to do anything unlawful, to store data you have no right to hold, to send messages a recipient has not consented to receive, or to misrepresent your takings to a tax authority. Do not resell or sublicense access to the platform without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend an account that is being used this way. Where we can, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.
The platform is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You remain responsible for your own backups of anything you consider irreplaceable, and for verifying figures before you rely on them for tax or payroll purposes.
We update the date at the top when these terms change. For material changes we email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, you can cancel before they apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
