What happens when my trial ends?
Your account will be temporarily suspended until you choose a plan. All your data is safely preserved and will be available once you subscribe.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
How does multi-branch pricing work?
You pay your plan's price for each active branch. The first three branches are at list price, branches four to ten are 10% off and every branch from the eleventh is 20% off — adding a location never makes your existing ones cost more. A gender-split salon (separate men's and women's sides) is billed as one branch, and invoices and bookings are unlimited on every plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa. The company owner pays from the owner portal and uploads the transfer receipt; it is checked automatically, your account unlocks as soon as it clears, and the invoice is emailed to you.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees or hidden charges. You only pay the monthly or yearly subscription price.
